I usually don't pay attention to reviews anymore, as usually most of them aren't real or paid with free product. I received neither. I couldn't see what all the hype was about. 2 pills a day really didn't work for me. I reached out to customer service and was told based on my body type,I may need an extra pill per dose. I'm a5ft 10 woman with a muscular build, post menopausal..After increasing my dose to 3 pills in the morning, it was like magic! I'm ordering my second bottle now, as I do not want to be without them. Seriously, a great product, and it gives you zero jitters, but has doubled my energy and really worked wonders despite the lack of sunlight this time of year.
